After a complimentary discovery call, we meet again to discuss the scope and design direction. Cote Interiors prepares a comprehensive design proposal, including a mood board, scope, stages and estimated timeline, deliverables, fee schedule, FAQs and service agreement.

Once you’ve engaged Cote Interiors, we learn more about you and your lifestyle, as well as the vision and scope. We measure the site, review existing plans and, consulting with the project team, focus on feasibility and buildability. Conceptual samples and room-by-room schemes are presented. This practical groundwork confirms that everyone’s on the same page.

We design the plans, including custom joinery, and photorealistic 3D renders, so you feel confident about the end result. Fixtures, finishes and fixtures are selected, documented and priced, followed by a builder handover.

During construction, Cote Interiors liaises with builders and trades, visits the site regularly, procures materials and ensures the project runs smoothly. Logistics are handled decisively, and inevitable problems are solved.

We savour this final phase, as furniture, window treatments, artwork and styling items are expertly placed in your fully resolved project. Clients requesting a ‘turnkey’ home are also supplied with everything they need for instant laidback luxury, from candles to coffee beans.

This is particularly suited to holiday homes, clients living at a distance, and those who want a home that is complete, bespoke and ready to enjoy from day one.
We take care of the final layer of your home, curating and installing all of the everyday essentials beyond the furnishings and styling we’ve carefully designed and delivered. Kitchens are thoughtfully set up with everything in its place, from cutlery in the drawers to champagne coupes in the bar. Bedside tables are finished with your favourite candle, bathrooms prepared with plush towels and bath salts, and wardrobes fitted with velvet hangers, ready for you to simply unpack.
Every detail is thoughtfully curated and personalised to you. Whether it’s preparing your home for arrival or adding seasonal touches like a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, we approach each detail with care and intention.
