  • Suitable for a new build, whole home renovation or holiday home, especially for those living at a distance or abroad

  • Assembly and coordination of the whole project team, including architects, builders, consultants, and trades

  • Complete design of each space, including all finishes, fittings, materials, joinery, furniture, and soft furnishings

  • Curation of all styling, decoration, and home essentials (e.g. cutlery, candles, coffee machine, beach towels, etc.)

  • Presentations, sampling, creation of 3D visuals, full documentation of plans, and FF&E schedules

  • Procurement, installation, and organisation of all selected items for a complete home

  • Design Management for the duration of works, including regular site visits, weekly email updates, responding to RFIs, and design problem-solving

FULL-SERVICE DESIGN

Our full-service design is crafted to bring your new build or renovation to life while you continue to live yours. From initial inspiration to finishing touches, we handle every detail, creating homes that embody laidback luxury and come to life effortlessly.

  • Suitable for a new build, renovation and/or decoration of 2 or more rooms

  • Collaboration with the project team, including the architect, builder, trades, etc.

  • Spatial planning and overall design direction

  • Complete detailed design of each space, including joinery and custom furniture

  • Selection of all finishes, fittings, materials, furniture and soft furnishings

  • Tender and Construction documentation, FF&E schedules

  • Procurement and installation of all selected items

  • Design Management for the duration of works, including regular site visits, weekly emails, responding to RFIs, and design problem solving

MID-BUILD DESIGN REBOOT

Get your build back on track with an interiors intervention to overcome the overwhelm and make decisions with confidence. Within one month, we will do everything from refining your interior plans, perfecting your joinery, finalising your finishes and fittings selections, to providing clarity and confidence as you go forward.

  • Suitable for homeowners in the midst of a new build or renovation

  • Initial consultations with clients and the builder to understand the overall vision, timelines, budget, and current status of the projects

  • Review of plans, shop drawings, design inspiration, samples, and selections

  • Creation of a strategy document with an overview of the project, a clear design direction, and scope of the design work needed

  • Guidance in making decisions on finishes, fittings, colours, materials, lighting, etc.

  • Markups of plans, elevations, joinery, and set outs

  • Suggestions of suppliers for sourcing selections with the potential to manage procurement

  • Final meeting and presentation of a comprehensive document with guidance for moving forward

  • Potential for continued support for the duration of the project, as well as for furnishing & styling

ARCHITECTURAL PLAN REVIEW

Our Pre-DA or CDC Architectural Review offers a detailed interior design assessment of your plans before submission. We collaborate with you and your architect to ensure the best layout, functionality, and flow, providing marked-up plans with improvement suggestions and guidance for more accurate cost estimates.

  • Review of layout, functionality, and flow with a focus on key areas such as the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as intended furniture placement, lighting, storage, and window treatments.

DESIGN CONSULTATION

Our in-person or virtual design consultations help you overcome the overwhelm and make decisions with confidence. During this two-hour meeting, you will get on-the-spot design advice followed by comprehensive notes to guide you as you continue your project.

  • Design advice for a single room or a whole home, ideal before or during renovation or while decorating and styling

  • Two-hour in-person or virtual meeting

  • Completely personalised design advice on anything from paint colours to whole home layouts

  • Depending on scope, we often provide overall design direction, inspiration images, sketches, suggested suppliers and trades, and/or links to furniture

  • Clear and comprehensive notes recapping everything we discussed during our meeting, including images, links, etc.

  • Option to add on 10-hour or 20-hour design packages
